Delivery Times

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends, are processed the next working day.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to all UK addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Some remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands and islands, may take 1-2 extra days. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel at any time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 working days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us with your order number. We will contact the courier and, if your parcel is lost, send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
