About Us
Calm Pets, Happy Homes
ChillPaws is a small UK pet brand helping dogs and cats feel calmer through life's noisy, busy moments.
Why We Started
In homes across the UK, it happens every day. The pet carrier comes out of the cupboard, the car starts, the doorbell rings, a storm rolls in, or the boxes come out for a move, and a happy, confident pet suddenly hides under the bed, shaking. A cat who normally loves the sofa disappears for hours. A dog who greets everyone at the door starts pacing and panting.
As pet owners, it is hard to watch and even harder to know what to do.
We wanted to give pet owners a simple, affordable way to help their pets feel more settled, every day.
That is why we started ChillPaws. No complicated routines, no fuss. Just a comfortable collar your pet can wear through vet visits, car journeys, moving house, a new pet in the family, a noisy home, storms and fireworks.
What We Believe
Simple works best
Our calming collars take seconds to fit, and one size fits all.
Honest products, honest words
We never promise miracles. Every pet is different, and we tell you exactly what our collars are designed to do.
Your pet comes first
If your pet is not comfortable, take the collar off. If anxiety carries on, we always recommend speaking to your vet.
Real people, real help
When you email us, a real person replies, usually within 24 hours.
Our Promise to You
Thank you for trusting ChillPaws with the pet you love.
